"I stopped by today hoping for a lovely prime rib dinner, and the place had such an inviting, lively atmosphere from the moment we arrived. My assistant ordered the catfish with potatoes, while I chose the prime rib. It arrived in about twenty minutes, which felt perfectly timed. The service was excellent everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The food itself was beautifully prepared. My prime rib was cooked perfectly, and everything came out promptly without feeling rushed. It's always nice when a restaurant manages that balance so well. I truly enjoyed both the meal and the atmosphere. The flavor alone was enough to win me over, and I'll absolutely be coming back again"

"We were just driving by and thought we better grab some food. It's a Saturday night and it's Valentine's Day. We didn't have reservations but we still stopped. Won't know until you ask. We waited for approximately an hour before a table was ready for us. We talked to the locals who said the food was well worth it. So glad we stayed. The locals were right. It was worth the wait. The food very tasty and we got a lot of food. I took home half of my very tender ribeye (perfectly cooked.). Hubby took home some of his tenderloin platter. Save room for dessert (we didn't) because they have a large variety. We Will definitely return to eat here if we find ourselves in the area! The ranch dressing and croutons were homemade (said the locals). They have been there for 30 years. They also own a restaurant in Hannibal."

"We chose the Rustic Oak for our Sunday food drive. Although we came looking for fried chicken, the strips and open face roast beef were great. The home made ice cream and the cheese great were an excellent way to cap it off."
